Network marketing · 46 years in

You don't sell harder. You build people.

That one sentence took Jeff Altgilbers from a bankruptcy in rural Tennessee to the top of this profession — 700,000 people, 57 countries, over 100 millionaires mentored. Everything on this page is what he learned getting there.

Who is Jeff

He did it the hard way,
so you don't have to.

Jeff found this profession at twenty-two, washing windows and cleaning carpets in a small Tennessee town. He had a basic education, no connections, and no idea what he was doing — but he was willing to learn. For fourteen years he treated it like a hobby, and for fourteen years it paid him like one.

Then he lost everything: two businesses gone, a bankruptcy, a marriage over. He rebuilt from a single decision — to stop dabbling and go to work. Ninety days later he had 800 people on his team. He has never looked back, and he has never left the company he committed to.

Four decades on, Jeff has built one of the most durable organizations in network marketing and mentored more than a hundred people to millionaire status. He’ll be the first to tell you none of it required talent he was born with. It required a system, and the patience to work it.

What he teaches

Three things that took
him thirty years to learn.

01

Sell the franchise, not the hamburger

A great product won't build you an income. Neither will a great pay plan. People stay for a system they can copy and hand to the next person — a blueprint, not a pep talk. Jeff spent fourteen years selling hamburgers before he understood what Ray Kroc did.

02

You can't create desire

Some people will build a fortune, some will earn a little, most will just enjoy the product — and no amount of pushing changes which is which. Welcome everyone. Then invest your hours in the ones already moving. Chasing the rest is how good leaders burn out.

03

The speed of the leader sets the pace

Your team will never run faster than you do. Never prejudge who'll make it, never talk a prospect out of joining by saying too much, and go to work in front of them. What you do, duplicates — good habits and bad ones alike.

The honest math

Where your time
actually goes.

Early on, Jeff sponsored 72 people. Three of them took it seriously. Those three built an organization that has paid him for decades — and it taught him the most useful lesson in the business: your results don’t come from working everyone equally.

He stopped trying to drag the unwilling and started pouring into the willing. Everyone gets a warm welcome. The leaders get his calendar.

80%

The customers

Join with good intentions, love the products, stay right where they are. That's fine — they matter too.

15%

The part-timers

Build a real second income on the side. Consistent, valuable, and the backbone of any team.

5%

The builders

The ones who go all in and build a fortune. Find them, mentor them, and get out of their way.

The book

Reaching the Peak

Jeff wrote the book he wishes someone had handed him in 1978. It’s the full account — the bankruptcy, the repossessed truck, the ninety days that rebuilt his life — alongside the exact principles and daily disciplines that turned a broke window-washer into a top-100 earner.

"A bad day on top of the mountain beats a good day in the valley."

It reached #1 in its Amazon category two days after release. Read it whether you’re brand new or ten years in — it’s built to move you either way.
